I have prepared 2 documents to help you with preparing for the first hourly.

One is a sample hourly, with format of the exam, expected exam length, and sample questions from previous midterms.

Second document lists all the reference readings that you have to do. I‘ve mentioned important page numbers for some of the longer articles, removed some readings all-together; so please go through this list for your reading specially since most of you were not doing assigned readings during the lecture weeks. The same document also lists down all the topics we’ve covered in the first 9 lectures.

Both documents are available on lectures page. For any questions, I am available to conduct a session on Sunday or Monday at a location convenient to you all. You can co-ordinate and let me know through comments on this post.

UPDATES:

1. In ASP, for Physicians PDF, read only the first 12 pages

2. Skip CGAP readings

3. Midterm is looong; but the good news is, everything comes from lectures or reading reference ;)
